Vintage Swedish Display Tray With Hammered Metal Pattern & Removable Handle

The item is a versatile decorative item which was manufactured by S-Metal in Sweden. The tray is rectangular shaped with a hammered metal pattern and rope detail crafted around the rim in repousse and a matching twist rope handle which can be fitted onto the dish or removed. The tray has lost most of its silver plating which has revealed the brass underneath the plating.

The tray is stamped underneath S-Metal, Made in Sweden, SP on BR.

Aside from losing all its silver plating and revealing the brass underneath, the tray is in very good vintage condition.
