What are the different condition ratings?
We categorize items into four grades: 'Like New' (no signs of wear), 'Excellent' (minimal wear), 'Very Good' (minor visible wear), and 'Good' (noticeable wear but fully functional). Specific flaws are always noted in the product description.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
What is your return policy for secondhand goods?
We offer a 14-day return window for items that do not match the listing description. Due to the unique nature of preloved inventory, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or fit issues.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer affordable international shipping options in the near future.
Are the items cleaned before they are listed?
Yes, all clothing is professionally steamed and hard goods are sanitized using eco-friendly cleaning agents. We recommend a standard wash upon arrival according to your personal preference.
