The item is a reasonably large silver plated display bowl with a rolled rim and repousse floral and scroll motif along the rim verge. The center well of the bowl is decorated in grand Baroque etched patterning with only the middle portion left blank. The bowl is graduated above the well, meaning that it could hold a lid.
The item is not marked or stamped.
Although it will require polishing due to age related patina and it has some areas of plate loss revealing copper, the bowl has no dents, rust or other visible damages..
