The item is a 3-division silver plated tray manufactured under the trade name Seranco with Britannia Metal mounts used for the rim and feet. The rim is decorated with an embossed feather’s edge pattern and the tray has also been manufactured with ball and claw feet, one under each division.
The item is impressed underneath the rim Seranco EPNS, BM Mount.
The tray has a natural hole in the centre for a handle which is no longer present. (The handle can be replace with a cake tier handle) The item has feint surface scratches due to use and a few patina spots and it requires a good polish.
