Vintage 1950-1960’s Olive Green Aluminium Fondue Pot With Wood Handle & Lid Finial

Manufactured around the 1950’s or 1960’s, the item is an olive green aluminium fondue pot fitted with a machine turned wood handle and lid finial. This item is also often referred to as a belly pot and has the original domed lid. At quick glance the item appears to be an enamel pot, but is in actual fact manufactured from aluminium and is very light to handle.

The pot is not marked or stamped.

The bottom of the pot has turned dark due to use, and some wear exists on the handle and lid finial, aside from which it is in very good vintage condition.
