Manufactured by Alfred Meakin during the 1930βs and designed in the Astoria shape, this vintage dinner plate is decorated in Alfred Meakin's Churtsea pattern which displays off center orange, lime green and blush pink floral theme set around the verges of the plate and raised beaded motif directly beside a gold trim scalloped rim.
The plate is stamped underneath Alfred Meakin England Churtsea.
Slight fading of the gold trim exists, aside from which the plate is in very good vintage condition.
