The Story
Crisa Glassware has its roots in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. It was founded in 1936 as part of Vidriera Monterrey, which is now Vitro. In 1997 Libbey Inc. acquired 49% of Crisa and obtained full ownership in 2006. With this acquisition both Libbey and Crisa are positioned as the foremost glassmaker in America and one of the world’s largest. All of Crisa’s products are high quality with the process being either press, blowing, manual or cold cut.
This item is a large clear glass jug manufactured by Crisa Glassware with a fluted base portion and an art deco style solid glass handle.
The jug is marked underneath Crisa.
This jug is in pristine (almost unused) condition.
