Colourful Set of Mid-Century Modern Ceramic Cups & Saucers

The cups and saucers are a colourful set of 11 ceramic pieces, featuring a Mid-Century Modern design aesthetic.

The cups have a simple, slightly rounded bowl shape with a distinctive, angular "D" or ring-shaped handle. The saucers are uniquely shaped, resembling a soft triangle or an irregular, rounded square rather than a traditional circle. The set is brightly coloured in solid, glossy, contrasting pastel hues. Colours include a pale mint green, a pale yellow, a light blue, a soft pink (salmon), a dark maroon/burgundy, and a vibrant orange/mustard yellow. The style is characteristic of vintage mid-20th century tableware designs, similar to those by designers like Russel Wright or Ben Seibel. They are made of glazed ceramic. 

The mint green cup handle has been repaired (please see picture), and the maroon/burgundy saucer is not included in the set.
