A 23 cm diameter slider release pie pan/tin with a rolled rim. The slider is ideal for releasing the baked pie without fuss or mess. The pans are usually referred to as “easy-out” pans, due to the attached lever, which makes a smooth 360 degree sweep around the pan beneath the pie ensuring an easy release. These tins retail for well over R100 when bought new.
