1940’s Carlton Ware “Primula” Porcelain Embossed Tea Cup- Green

Manufactured by Carlton Ware, England, under the Australian design, the Primula pattern was released in both light green, dark green and yellow versions.

This attractive collectable vintage porcelain tea cup is the embossed primula on green version and depicts brightly coloured magenta primula flowers on leaf base.

The item is stamped underneath Carlton Ware Made in England Trade Mark Registered Australian Design Registration Applied For. The cup is also impressed with a number.

 The cup has some age related crazing, aside from which it is in very good condition.
